WHAT DOES A CONSULTATION CONSIST OF?
We meet for about 30 minutes to an hour. First, we walk around your
property with you to understand your needs and preferences. After
assessing your project, we can give you an estimated cost on the
project and work out a payment schedule that would accommodate
your needs.
HOW LONG DOES A PROJECT TAKE?
Most projects average 2-4 weeks from contract signing to the final
meeting. We can give you an idea of how long your project will
take after we have visited your site and consulted with you.
DO I HAVE TO PAY THE FULL COST UP FRONT?
We ask that one-half is paid before we start the project and the
balance upon completion.
CAN WE DO THE PROJECT IN PHASES?
Yes, usually the hardscape portion is done first.
CAN YOU PROVIDE REFERENCES?
Yes! We welcome new customers to speak with our past and or
current customers. Just ask us for a reference list.
DOES ANYONE NEED TO BE AT THE PROJECT LOCATION DURING PRODUCTION?
That is up to you. We don't need anyone there, but we need
access to the garage in most cases.
